Here is a list of most frequently asked questions - please read the answers first before you decide to email us. Thank you :)

Question: I want to join but the system refuses my credit card. Can you accept any other forms of payments? Is it safe?
The payment system is not handled by us - but we use two different payment processors (Verotel and CCBill) so if one of the systems refuses to accept your credit card, please get in touch and we'll forward you to the other one. Both are top adult systems and also 100% safe (we don't have access to your credit card details!).

Question: I want to cancel my membership but I forgot how to do it.
We're sorry to see you go :-( But we give you an advice anyway. If you have the recurring type of membership, just go to Verotel website or CCBill website (depending on how you joined our site), type in your username and password and your membership will be cancelled. If you have the non-recurring membership, then no worries, it will be cancelled automatically.

Question: I'm not able to play the videos.
All the videos are in standard Xvid format. We advise you to use either the standard Windows Media Player together with the newest set of K-lite codecs or the K-Multimedia Player which can play about every format you can imagine.

Question: I have my own voyeur pee videos and I want to trade them with you.
If you have your own stuff, please send us your samples (upload them to rapidshare.com and send us a link) and if they're good, we'll be more than happy to give you free access to our complete archive in exchange. However, we're currently not willing to pay for videos.

Question: Are your videos exclusive?
Yes!!! 100% of our content is exclusive and can't be found on other websites! We have our own exclusive suppliers who don't sell their videos to anybody else!

Question: I'm a webmaster, can I earn money linking to your website?
Of course you can! Please check our page with info about reselling our membership and you will see how to do it or how much you can earn.
